A modern and precise machine park forms the foundation of our services. At VRProjects B.V., we have high-quality machinery that enables us to carry out virtually any repair, modification or overhaul of injection moulds completely in-house.

Advanced technology and craftsmanship

Our wire EDM and sinker EDM machines, both equipped with an Erowa referencing system, operate with accuracy down to 5 microns (0.005 mm). This allows even the most complex geometries and tightest tolerances to be achieved reliably.

We also have a 3-axis CNC milling machine for the precise manufacture and machining of components and electrodes using the Erowa system, as well as a surface grinding machine capable of grinding to an accuracy of 5 microns.

Thanks to this combination of advanced machinery, craftsmanship and precision, we can work quickly, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Whether it involves restoring worn components, modifying existing moulds or manufacturing new components, our machinery provides the precision and reliability required by the plastics industry.
